Who are not Eligible to Participate
- A citizen of the United States, a permanent resident of the United States, an applicant for permanent residency in the United States, or a dual citizen of the United States and another nation.
- You are currently enrolled in or studying at any university in the United States of America or your native country.
- Anyone who finished secondary school before the year 2021 is ineligible for the scholarship.
The Procedure for Applications
The application procedure consists of the following steps, and applicants should keep in mind that they must submit their materials for Regular Decisions for All (August) 2023. Applicants should not submit their materials for Early Decision (ED)
