The University of Leicester is now accepting applications from qualified candidates who are interested in participating in their ongoing 2022 Scholarship for;


- A Ph.D. degree Program

- Open to both Students from Abroad and Those from the United States

- to pursue education in any subject areas that are covered by courses provided by the University of Leicester

- Whereas in Leicester, at the University of Leicester

- The awards will be given to successful candidates.

M4C is the result of a partnership between the University of Birmingham, Birmingham City University, the University of Warwick, the University of Nottingham, Coventry University, the University of Leicester, De Montfort University, and Nottingham Trent University. Beginning in late September 2023, Midlands4Cities will provide funding and support for excellent research conducted by 109 doctorate students throughout the spectrum of artistic and intellectual endeavors using the Open Doctoral and Collaborative Doctoral Awards.

The University of Leicester will provide the following to any candidates who are successful in their pursuit of the Midlands4Cities Open Doctoral Awards for Students 2023:

- Applicants from other countries: the cost of living and the tariff for tuition in the UK

- Requirements for The University of Leicester Ph.D. Scholarship Qualification

- To qualify for the Midlands4Cities Open Doctoral Awards for Students 2023, applicants need to provide a letter of acceptance to a doctoral program in criminology, English, Geography, History, History of Art and Film, Law, Media, and Communication, Modern Languages, Museum Studies, Archaeology, or Ancient History.

- Students from either within or outside the United Kingdom are welcome to submit applications for the Midlands4Cities Open Doctoral Awards for Students 2023.

- All applicants for the Midlands4Cities Open Doctoral Awards for Students 2023 need to demonstrate that they meet or exceed the admission standards established by the institution.

On Saturday, November 12 from 12:30 to 17:00 (UK Time), candidates to the University of Leicester will be able to participate in an online Application Writing Workshop hosted by de Montfort University. We ask that you make your reservation using the Eventbrite booking system.
